Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) is a comprehensive repository of registered and verified different system of medicines (Modern medicine, Dentistry, Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Sowa-Rigpa, Homeopathy) and Nurses practitioners delivering healthcare services across India. The Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) empowers healthcare professionals and encourages to be part of India’s digital health ecosystem through a unique Healthcare professional ID. With last mile coverage, people will be able to interact with healthcare practitioners or vice versa.

Healthcare professional profile visible in the ABDM ecosystem is verified and authorized to practice medicine in the country. The HPR ensures that healthcare practitioners suitably trained and qualified to practice medicine with competence and ethical conformity are allowed to register with the HPR.

Who can Register?

           Doctors from all the system of medicines (Modern medicine, Dentist, Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Sowa-Rigpa, Homeopathy) and Nurses can be part of the Healthcare Professional Registry (HPR). The HPR is envisaged to evolve into a citizen-centric and practitioner-centric platform in compliance with global healthcare standards.

            Facility Managers of hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories and imaging centres, pharmacies, blood banks, etc. of both government and private sector.

3 Simple Steps to Register in National Healthcare Providers Registry.

1.Generate Healthcare Professional ID,

Generate Healthcare Professional ID using Aadhar or Other KYC

2. Fill Registration Form

Enter personal, Registration, academic and work details to register in NHPR.
Enter facility demographic details, available services & infrastructure to register in NHPR

     3.Submit Form

Review and submit the form for verification. Respond to queries(if any)
